The vacuum precision casting furnace (VPIC) induction heats the alloy raw materials in a vacuum environment, melts them, and pours them into a ceramic mold in a vacuum environment to produce the required precision castings.
The whole set of equipment mainly consists of smelting chamber, ingot casting chamber, launder chamber, upper feeding chamber, alloy feeding chamber, side feeding chamber, vacuum system, power supply system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, cooling water system, etc.
1. Mainly used for smelting and casting of ferrous metals such as high-temperature alloys, precision alloys, special steels, etc.
2. Mainly used for smelting and casting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and their alloys.
3. Mainly used for smelting and casting of rare earth permanent magnet material NdFeB.
4. Mainly used for smelting and casting of rare metals such as titanium and their alloys.
The vertical or horizontal furnace structure is suitable for different process routes and has stronger adaptability;
The side-opening furnace door structure can quickly replace or repair the smelting coil;
The horizontal or vertical bar feeding device is adopted, and it has the function of loading and removing the furnace lining under vacuum environment;
The optical pyrometer is adopted to automatically control the temperature of the liquid metal;
The large-capacity three-stage vacuum system is adopted to achieve rapid evacuation of the ingot mold chamber;
The servo motor drive is used to achieve precise movement and positioning of the ingot mold (oriented, single crystal);
Multi-zone induction or resistance ingot mold heating devices can be designed in the melting chamber;
The ingot mold can be moved quickly and is equipped with a displacement positioning function (equiaxed crystal furnace);
The heat shield is switched under vacuum without turning off the ingot mold heater.
