Application

1. Metal material processing
– Stainless steel product processing: Vacuum annealing furnace is particularly suitable for continuous bright annealing, solution treatment, demagnetization and stainless steel quenching treatment of stainless steel products. These stainless steel products include but are not limited to plumbing equipment, water expansion parts, pins, medical equipment, stainless steel nails, stainless steel screws, riveted parts, stainless steel bearings, watch cases, watch straps, knives, micro shafts, self-drilling, tableware, etc. After treatment, the product surface is smooth, non-oxidized, non-decarburized, and has the advantages of high production efficiency, low energy consumption, less pollution, easy operation and use, and low labor intensity.
– Annealing of high-speed steel and high-alloy tool steel: Vacuum annealing furnace can be used for annealing of high-speed steel, high-alloy tool steel, and annealing of electrical magnetic materials.
– Bright annealing and solution treatment of non-ferrous metals: Suitable for bright annealing and solution treatment of non-ferrous metals and stainless steel.
– Annealing of rare metal pipes: In recent years, rare metal pipes, especially titanium pipes and zirconium pipes, have been widely used in aerospace, navigation, nuclear power, petrochemical and other fields, and these industries have extremely high requirements for the quality of pipes. Vacuum annealing is an important process for intermediate and finished product production.
2. Glass process
– Annealing of glass products: Glass products need to be annealed in a high temperature environment to remove internal stress and improve their strength. 3. Other special material processing
