The vacuum gas quenching furnace is mainly used for the heat treatment of tool steel, die steel, elastic alloy, stainless steel, and 3D additional materials etc.The furnace is mainly composed by pressure tank, heating room, vacuum system,electric control system, air inflation system, water cooling system, pneumatic system and feeding car etc.
The heating chamber is composed of a molybdenum heater, a molybdenum screen insulation screen, and a stainless steel insulation screen, and the maximum operating temperature is 1300℃.
Multiple rows of nozzles are arranged inside the heating chamber along the inner wall of the induction, and the gas is evenly ejected from the nozzle during gas quenching.
The material table is composed of a metal bracket, a furnace bed, a ceramic pad, etc. This structure can prevent the material table from sticking to the furnace bed at high temperatures.
Air cooling system: It consists of a high-pressure rotary fan, a multi-stage high-efficiency copper heat exchanger, and a guide plate. During air cooling, high-purity N2 or Ar is filled and sprayed to the workpiece through the guide plate to cool the workpiece evenly.
The adjustable range of air cooling pressure is 1-10bar.
Maximum cooling speed: from 1150℃ to 250℃ is no more than 7min. (Cooling water temperature is lower than 35℃)
