The vacuum atomization furnace is specially designed for the production of high-performance metal powder. It is equipped with an advanced atomization system, compact equipment and simple operation. The upper part of the equipment is composed of a smelting furnace and a power source, and the smelting is carried out in the atmosphere or under vacuum. The lower part is composed of an atomization chamber. The lower part of the atomization chamber is a powder collection pipeline. At the same time, a high-efficiency cyclone separator is installed to separate the fine powder from the atomization gas and filter it through a cloth tube dust removal device. The clean atomized gas is discharged outdoors.
