B :Waste heat recovery: The normal temperature in the furnace is 1150°C. After being recovered by our technology, the exhaust gas temperature is below 180°C, and the temperature of the remaining heat energy is recovered into the regenerative barrel for combustion-supporting air preheating. C: Furnace pressure control: In the process of waste heat recovery, because of full combustion and reasonable ratio, all fans are equipped with frequency conversion. When the furnace pressure is too high, the induced air is increased, and the excess furnace pressure is drawn back to the heat storage barrel for preheating , so it will not spew fire or emit black smoke, and the furnace door does not need to leave a pressure relief port.
D :Three-way valve technology; the opening and closing cylinder of high-temperature-resistant steel will not cross air, and the maintenance rate is extremely low (the traditional four-way valve is rotated, and the cross-wind causes energy consumption, the maintenance rate is very high, and the high-altitude maintenance is very low. trouble)
E :safety performance: Safety is no small matter. Our safety factor configuration is the most important.
