Spark plasma sintering is applicable to almost all types of materials such as metals, ceramics, and composite materials. It is of great significance for achieving high-quality, high-efficiency, low-cost and low-consumption material preparation. It can also be used for connection, molding, surface modification, etc.

1.1 Purpose: Used for sintering blanks composed of powders such as refractory metals (such as tungsten, molybdenum, rhenium);

1.6 Sintering environment: Pressureless sintering is performed under atmospheric pressure conditions. Hydrogen is used as a protective gas during the sintering process to ensure that the blank is in a reducing atmosphere during the sintering process to prevent oxidation;
1.7 Sintering form: resistance heating method, electric current passes through the workpiece itself. During sintering work, the operator performs in a standing position. The viewing window is located at operator eye level. The observation is equipped with blinds to protect the observation window glass from high temperature radiation and metal vapor condensation.
