Gas smelting furnace is a furnace used for smelting and holding non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and zinc,etc. The main fuel is natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas or diesel. Mainly used for smelting of scrap metal recycling and separation of aluminum dross.
According to the different capacity, it can be divided into crucible furnace, converter furnace, reverberatory furnace.
1. It is driven by a variable frequency speed regulating motor, and the cylinder speed is adjustable from 0 to 5 revolutions;
2. The annular track and the supporting wheel are laser surface quenched to improve the wear strength;
