Pressure Sintering Furnace

The vacuum pressure sintering furnace is a horizontal resistance heating furnace with multiple independent control loops to ensure high temperature uniformity.
The entire process is controlled by SIEMENS S7-1500 PLC and 15-inch touch screen to realize temperature, heating rate, insulation time and gas flow and pressure automation control, monitoring, tracking and recording, self-diagnosis, and fault handling in all process steps.
This pressure sintering furnace is mainly used for degreasing, sintering, vacuum adjustment, pressure densification, and rapid cooling of high-performance powder metallurgy (hard alloy, etc.) materials in a single sintering cycle.

Features
  1. Using special furnace structure and heater arrangement, the furnace temperature is uniform;
  2. Using special structure degreasing box, the sealing effect is good, the degreasing is complete, and there is no pollution to the components in the furnace;

  4. Adopting advanced thermal insulation structure and materials, the furnace has good thermal insulation performance and less heat storage, which saves more than 20% energy than traditional design;
  5. Suitable for process atmosphere: N2/Ar/H2.
