This series of electric furnaces are periodic operation resistance furnaces, mainly used for gas nitriding and controllable nitriding of important parts such as machine tool spindles, locomotive internal combustion engine crankshafts, high-precision gears, tools and dies under ammonia flow, and can be used for tempering and heat treatment such as quenching and aging of aluminum and magnesium alloys. It is one of the advanced heat treatment equipment at home and abroad.
This series of electric furnaces are used in conjunction with temperature control cabinets for conventional gas nitriding. The working temperature of the electric furnace can be automatically or manually controlled. In conjunction with nitrogen potential control cabinets or “microcomputer” nitrogen potential control cabinets, it can measure, control and record the nitrogen potential atmosphere, temperature, time, etc. in the furnace to achieve the control of ammonia decomposition rate, so that the nitriding layer depth, nitriding layer concentration, and surface phase white bright layer depth of nitrided parts can achieve ideal purposes and good quality.
