Hot Isostatic Pressing Furnace(HIP Furnace)

Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) is a special heat treatment process for metal or ceramic materials and an important means of preparing high-performance materials. This process technology can be used for powder metallurgy forming or densification of formed castings (loose shrinkage castings such as titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, and aluminum alloys). After hot isostatic pressing, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties of the material will be greatly improved, and the fatigue life can be increased by 10 to 100 times.

Feature

High temperature up to 2000℃
High pressure up to 200 MPa
Using inert gas as pressure transmission medium, the same pressure acts evenly on the surface of the component from all directions

Application

High temperature alloy, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, refractory metal, cemented carbide, stainless steel, corrosion-resistant alloy, ceramic, composite material, electronic material, functional material, etc.
