The debinding(degreasing) furnace removes organic matter and volatile matter from the material through high temperature heating, improves the density, mechanical strength and purity of the material, and provides high-quality raw materials for subsequent processing and use. Its efficient and precise degreasing function ensures the quality and performance of the product in the subsequent manufacturing process.
This product is suitable for MIM and CIM degreasing of plastic-based adhesives. The degreasing method is catalytic degreasing, and the catalyst is nitric acid or oxalic acid.
Remove the binder in metal injection molding (MIM) and ceramic injection molding (CIM) workpieces.
