Pit carburizing furnace is a periodic operation furnace, mainly used for carburizing or carbonitriding of carbon steel parts or tools. The maximum working temperature is 1050℃, the furnace is a vertical shaft, and there is a heat-resistant stainless steel furnace pot inside, and the workpiece is placed in the loading basket of the furnace pot. The control atmosphere adopts the dripping type, which is dripped into the furnace through a flow meter and a dropper, and the fan is installed on the furnace cover to perform forced circulation of the temperature and atmosphere in the furnace.
This series of electric furnaces are divided into a variety of specifications. It can be applied to various small and medium-sized parts and long shaft carburizing, carbonitriding, non-oxidizing heating, high temperature annealing and other heat treatment processes below 950°C. It has the advantages of strong sealing in the furnace, high furnace temperature uniformity, good energy saving, and convenient operation.
This series of electric furnaces can be used in conjunction with different types of control cabinets, and can automatically or manually control the working temperature of the electric furnace.
